About These Terms
These terms outline how Panda Zen handles enquiries, quotes and domestic cleaning bookings. Final service details should be agreed directly before work begins.
Quotes
Quotes are bespoke and depend on the information provided, property size, condition, frequency, travel, access and any special requirements. Some jobs may be quoted after review and a short call. Larger, regular or complex work may require a home visit before a quote is confirmed.
Bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not create an automatic booking. Bookings are confirmed manually by Panda Zen after availability and requirements have been reviewed.
Working Hours
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Weekend work may be available by arrangement at a premium rate.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate information about the property, access, parking, pets, delicate surfaces, hazards, product preferences and anything else that may affect safe or effective cleaning.
Access And Parking
Safe access and reasonable parking arrangements should be agreed before the visit. Delays or lack of access may affect the work that can be completed.
Cancellations And Rescheduling
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation terms should be confirmed when a booking is agreed.
Excluded Work
Panda Zen may decline unsafe, unsuitable or specialist work. This may include hazardous materials, pest contamination, unsafe access, heavy lifting, outdoor work, or work requiring specialist contractors.
Payment
Payment terms, invoice details and accepted payment methods should be agreed when the booking is confirmed.
